My approach to treating patients
Having completed the majority of my Orthopaedic Surgery training at the University of Virginia, it has been a privilege to return to practice in Charlottesville. I emphasize conservative treatment of Orthopaedic conditions of the extremities, surgical management is recommended when other methods are unsuccessful.
My specialty training within Orthopaedics is Sports Medicine. I concentrate efforts significantly within knee and shoulder arthroscopic and open surgical procedures as well as total joint reconstructive surgery of the knee and hip. I provide emergency care for fractures and treat a wide range of general orthopaedic conditions.
I recognize the high level of trust patients place in my hands. I strive to provide the best level of communication with my patients and expertise in Orthopaedic care.
