As a patient at the Center, specialists in the field of orthopaedic medicine and the well-trained and experienced staff members who support their efforts will care you for. You will have access to a wide range of services and treatment alternatives, including on-site exercise instruction and physical therapy. The scope of our practice includes: · Treatment of fractures · Joint replacement · Wrist and hand problems including carpal tunnel syndrome · Foot disorders and bunion surgery · Arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction · Management of arthritis · Disorders and surgery of the back and neck · Sports Medicine · On-site MRI (Wooster office)

Elsie M. HydashPractice Manager
Elsie brings over 23 years of management experience to Wooster Orthopaedics. She enjoys interacting with doctors, staff and patients. Always with a smile on her face Elsie is easy to recognize. She a graduate of the Leadership Wooster Program and is a member of A.C.M.P.E., the A.A.O.E. Society and MGMA. Her responsibilities include daily office management, team building and staff development, review and implementation of office processes, policies and procedures, and managing insurance contracting. Elsie resides in Orrville with her husband, Steve, and their dogs Ike and Harley.
Lavonne B. Miller
Financial Manager
A native of Smithville, Lavonne earned her Bachelor's Degree from Mount Union College in 1983. She has over eighteen years of business accounting with eight years experience in medical office administration since joining Wooster Orthopaedics in 1994. Lavonne is a member of BONES, a national society of orthopaedic administrators. She resides in Wooster.
Debra A. Huttie
Billing Manager
Debbie grew up in Dover, Delaware. After living in Maryland and Pennsylvania, she moved to Wooster nine years ago with her family. She has an Associate Degree in the medical secretarial field from Widener University. Debbie has over 20 years experience in a medical office with the last six years at Wooster Orthopaedics. She has served in her current position for the past year. She lives in Wooster with her husband and two daughters.
Paul M. McGhee, PT, Cert. MDT
Director of Physical Therapy
Paul graduated from The Ohio State University in 1992 with a degree in Allied medicine, Physical Therapy. He has been practicing in Stark County for the past 12 years in an outpatient orthopaedic setting. In 1999, Paul became certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy by the McKenzie Institute of USA. He is a member of the orthopaedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association. Paul is originally from Canal Fulton, and resides in Wooster with his wife and three children.
Sandra E. Smith MS, ATC/L
Athletic Trainer
Sandy graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1993 with a BS in Education and Allied Professions with an emphasis in athletic training and received her Master's Degree from Syracuse University in 1996 where she was a graduate assistant with the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Prior to coming to Wooster Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Sandy worked in Akron in an outpatient physical therapy setting and provided sports medicine coverage for several local high schools. She is originally from the Massillon area and now resides in Creston with her husband and two children.
