Other staff in my practice
Mrs. Neil received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University in 1995. She earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Loma Linda University in 2004. She has extended her training by participating in multiple continuing medical education conferences including specialty orthopaedic meetings, as well as general medical courses.
Prior to beginning her physician assistant training in 2004, she worked as an Orthopedic Technologist for a large sports medicine clinic in Menlo Park, California and provided care for athletes of all ages and levels. As an Orthopedic Technologist for a large trauma hospital in San Diego, California, she was required to assist in the operating room as well as take care of acute injuries in the emergency department. With her strong background in sports medicine, a future in orthopedic surgery was a natural choice.
Mrs. Neil joined Dr. Russos practice in May 2005. As a nationally certified and state licensed physician assistant, she provides many aspects of medical and orthopaedic care, including new or follow-up patient office visits, writing prescriptions, ordering special studies, performing joint injections, casting fractures, assisting in surgery, and educating patients about their condition and/or upcoming surgery.
Jennifer takes great pride in spending quality time with her patients care from start to finish. She and Dr. Russo work as a team to provide the best medical and orthopaedic care possible for their patients.
