My approach to treating patients
It is my mission as a physician and surgeon to provide those patients who come to me suffering from orthopedic injuries and illnesses with an individualized, personal effort to restore their comfort and function to the highest level possible. I am committed to employ the most sensible, least risky methods, both surgical and non-surgical, that are now currently available. My intent is to always try to see both the orthopedic problem and the treatment from the patient's point of view, and to tailor the remedy accordingly, to meet the individual needs of each patient. Toward those goals, I have trained in and pursue continuing medical education in ALL the various fields of orthopedics and for ALL potential patients with musculoskeletal problems, regardless of the body part or the way in which the problem may have been acquired. I maintain an handicapped-accessible office in Totowa , conveniently locate off Routes 80 and 46, and I maintain staff privileges at St. Joseph's in Wayne where I served for many years as the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics and at the St. Joseph's Medical Center in Paterson where I am on the teaching staff committed to the education of resident orthopedists in training; and at St. Mary's in Passaic where I help to meet the needs of the patient population of lower Passaic county.
