My approach to treating patients

Dr Proper aims to provide you with the information you require to be able to make your own decisions about your own care. This involves the taking of a thorough history, performing of a detailed clinical examination and a review of all investigations. The problem can then be discussed in terms of the normal anatomy, the pathological process involved and the range of treatment options available including non-surgical and surgical and their benefits and risks. The decisions may then be made with the confidence that the treatment is appropriate for the individual - you!
