My approach to treating patients
Dr. Paragioudakis is the founder of Orthopaedic Spine Specialists of NJ. We specialize in treating painful disorders of the adult cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spines. We believe in exploring all appropriate non-operative treatment methods prior to considering surgery of the spine. Dr. Paragioudakis is trained in many minimally invasive as well as traditional spinal procedures. He is trained to perform most of the latest spinal procedures such as IDET, Kyphoplasty, cervical total disc replacement, lumbar total disc replacement, and microdiscectomies. He will also often perform diagnostic and therapeutic paraspinal injections such as epidurals, selective nerve blocks, facet injections, and discography.
