Our Approach

At The Spine and Orthopedic Center, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care relating to back and neck conditions. Additionally, we also specialize in treatment of orthopedic conditions, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot conditions.

We believe that patients benefit from a conservative (non-surgical), multi-disciplinary approach to treatment. Our focus is on addressing total patient care by guiding our patients through the process of diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and re-injury prevention. Treatment options include pain management, spinal injections, physical therapy, acupuncture and, if necessary, minimally invasive surgeries such as outpatient microdiskectomy, spinal fusion, and arthroscopic surgery. In combination, this broad-based variety of modalities helps to ensure our patients receive a comprehensive approach to recovery.

Our dedicated team of physicians includes Alan Moelleken, M.D., Michael Price, M.D., Parish Vaidya, M.D., Michael Kenly, MD, and James Kinchsular, D.P.M., who bring with them over 31 years of combined experience. Dr. Moelleken is Board Certified in Orthopedic surgery, and is Spine Fellowship Trained in Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery. He specializes in surgical and non-surgical spine treatment. Dr. Price is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He specializes in fractures and extremity injuries. Dr. Vaidya is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine, and is Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Management. He specializes in EMG/Nerve Conduction studies and non-surgical orthopedic treatment. Dr. Kenly is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is Fellowship Trained in Interventional Spine Care and Pain Management. He specializes in EMG/Nerve Conduction studies and non-surgical spine treatment. Dr. Kinchsular specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma, ankle arthroscopy, and sports medicine.

Our team of physician assistants, pain psychologists, and acupuncturists work closely with our physicians to provide patients with a full spectrum of treatment solutions. If you are suffering from either minor or debilitating pain relating to orthopedic, back, or neck conditions, we encourage you to contact The Spine and Orthopedic Center today to learn more about your treatment options.

We look forward to assisting you in your first steps towards recovery!
