My approach to treating patients

I am an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon Board Certified in Sports Medicine and General Orthopedics, with more than 14 years in private practice. I am one of about 1500 orthopedic surgeons in the U.S.and one of about 60 in NC, with this Sports Medicine Certification.

I have had extensive training with the leading experts in arthroscopic surgery and perform Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Knee and Ankle Arthroscopic surgeries. We treat a wide variety of bone, joint, ligament, and tendon problems that don't require surgery.

I take a personal approach to caring for my patients. I take time to sit and listen and then provide a thorough examination and arrange for appropriate studies to quickly provide you with an accurate diagnosis. We will explain your options and provide the best evidence based modern treatment plan. If surgery is needed, we provide comprehensive outpatient surgery with a focus on pain control and early rehabilitation.
