My approach to treating patients
I enjoy getting to know my patients and try to listen to their concerns as much as possible, as it is most important to have a good doctor-patient relationship. I find that it most important to educate patients about what the problem they are experiencing involves, what the treatment options are, and help them decide what treatment is best for them. It is important to approach each patient individually. It is also important to be able to offer different solutions depending on the individual. I try to stay on top of new developments, and be able to offer patients sensible solutions based on what is available with the latest equipment. I feel that my role is first and foremost to educate the patient and then if surgery is involved and the patient chooses to have this done, do my very best to ensure the best result possible.
