Medical insurance plans and payment options
We accept most insurance plans and Workers Compensation. Please contact our office for details about the types of insurance plans that we accept.

In general, payment is expected at the time of service. Of course this is in concert with our insurance participation contracts. In certain situations alternative plans can be arranged. If you have questions about payment, please feel free to call or email our staff during office hours.
