At the time of your visit you are responsible for payment of medical services not covered including deductible amounts. We will verify your eligibility at the 1st visit and attempt to check on your scope of benefits. We ask that you also be aware of your insurance requirements and what they will and will not cover. It is your responsibility to understand your coverage but we will do all we can to make the process go more smoothly.
