He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, and the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society. He is a Past President of the American Aceademy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. He has repeatedly been named as one of America's Best Doctors.
