My approach to treating patients
We welcome you to our Orthopedic Center. We care about you and are sensitive to your needs. It is our desire to assist you in caring for your orthopedic problems and concerns. This is done by performing complete orthopedic exams, and providing appropriate medical and surgical treatment. Individual care is of the utmost importance. Each person's injury is handled differently because no two people respond the same way to a specific procedure or technique, and because the demands of age, competitive levels, activities, and occupations vary.
In order to acheive this goal, good communication between you and our staff is essential. Please clearly tell us your needs and expectations. We will in turn be able to share with you our findings and recommendations.
If at any time you have unanswered questions, please inform your doctor or any of our staff. This will enable us to provide you with the most effective care and to continually evaluate the service we are providing.
We are committed to providing first class care to all our patients. In doing so we have created a program where patients no longer have to wait days or even weeks to obtain an appointment. We have SAME-DAY-APPOINTMENTS for all of our services. Our waiting room time averages less than 10 minutes for scheduled appointments. This means NO MORE WAITING TO SEE THE DOCTOR. Furthermore, if indicated, you would have your diagnostic studies like X-rays, MRIs, and the like, done the same day after seeing the doctor. You will have a diagnosis and a treatment plan implemented the same day in our full service orthopedic center.
