Dr Charles Davis is one of the areas only Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Spine Surgeons, specializing in the treatment of disorders of cervical (neck), thoracic and lumbar spine.

Charles W Davis, M.D. is one of the areas only Board Certified,Fellowship trained Spine Surgeons, specializing in the treatment of disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. He is committed to a patient-centered and conservative approach to spinal pathology.

Dr. Davis earned an undergraduate degree in chemistry with honors. He was awarded his Medical Degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine. After medical school he completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical System and R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland. While in residency he gained extensive experience in the treatment of traumatic spinal disorders at Shock Trauma and pediatric spinal deformity at the Johns Hopkins University Hospital.

Dr. Davis continued his training at the Spine and Scoliosis Center under the direction of Paul McAfee, M.D., one of the nation's premier spine surgeons.

Dr. Davis is trained in all aspects of Adult and Pediatric Spine Surgery as well as all areas of Orthopaedics.
