My approach to treating patients

As a sub-specialist in the area of shoulder surgery, I care for a variety of injuries about the shoulder. I have extensive experience in all facets of shoulder surgery from arthroscopic procedures and reconstructions, to rotator cuff repairs and joint replacements.

In addition, over the last ten years I have developed a high level of expertise in the area of hip arthroscopy. I am one of only a few physicians in the country that is well-versed in the arthroscopic techniques of femoral neck impingement and hip labral repairs. I am an internationally-recognized expert in the field.

The Southern California Orthopedic Institute is a tertiary referral center for complex sports medicine and shoulder problems. The majority of our patients, however, are average people working a regular job and participating in sports at many levels..
