My five person staff is committed to giving you the best customer service possible when you come to my practice. Each member of my staff is a professional with experience in working in a physician's practice. My staff and I work as a team for you - we are all here to answer any types of questions you may have. Here is a list of my staff, along with their titles:
Regina Lacy - Practice Manager. Regina has been my practice manager since 1996. She is a certified office manager, and her number is 324-2726.
Vickie Lyons- Receptionist. Vickie has been with me since 1996. She will arrange appointments for you and can help to guide you through our available patient educational resources. Her number is 324-2725.
Heather Cline -LPN and Orthopedic Medical Assistant. Heather is warm and personable. She will meet with you after you check in and talk with you about your symptoms and injury, and will attend all your questions by calling 324-2727
Tonya Mitchem - Checkout receptionist. Tonya's other responsibilities include scheduling of surgeries, labs, physical therapy, and referrals for patients as well as Insurance Billing. Tonya was recently added to our staff on April 2009 and she can assist you with any questions you may have regarding your surgery, referrals , appointments or insurance issues. Her number is 324-2728.
Donna Smith- Insurance Billing Specialist and Checkout receptionist. She has been working with me since 2000. She checks yours billing status and coordinates your workman compensation claims and medicaid. Her number is 324-2729.
