Approach to treating patients

As experienced physicians with more than 100 years of specialization in orthopaedics. Our Doctors have been caring for this community for 40 years. Atlantic County is our home.

We believe the most important aspects of providing quality care are listening to the needs of patients and involving patients in their treatment plan.

All of our doctors are board certified. We are all fellows of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

All the Doctors treat all Orthopedic disorders, however, we all have areas of special interests where we have concentrated our studies.

Dr. John Baker is a very experienced physician and surgeon. His interests are in Sports Medicine and Adult Reconstruction. He is a skilled arthroscopist in the knee and shoulder. He does Total Joint Replacements in the Knee, Hip, and Shoulder...using minimal incision techniques. He is also the surgeon to whom we all send our patients for complex hip reconstructions.

Dr. Frederick Dalzell has always had a special interest in Sports. He grew up in this area and is a legend at Holy Spirit. He is a skilled arthrocopist in the knee and shoulder. He does ACL reconstructions in the knee. He does Partial Knee Replacements and Total Knee Replacements and Revisions. He also is our fracture surgeon for those really badly broken limbs.

Dr. Joseph Harhay joined our group several years ago. His interests are in Sports Medicine and Adult Reconstruction. He is a fellow of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and is a skilled arthrocopist in the knee, ankle, and shoulder. He has started doing hip arthroscopy. He does Total Joint Replacements in the Knee and Hip...using minimal incision techniques, and partial joint replacement in the knee (hemi-arthroplasty). His special interest is in "Joint Sparing" surgery. This involves cartilage transplants (auto and donor)including Carticel (Genzyme), limb reallignment by osteotomy, ligament reconstruction and Meniscus transplantation.

Dr. Stanley Marczyk is our Hand Surgeon. He was born and raised in this community. He has completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery. He is a microscopist who does nerve and tendon repairs. He is a skilled arthroscopist in the wrist and elbow. He does total wrist and total elbow replacements, as well as joint replacements in the hand. He has a team of therapists working with him in our office for total rehab.

We are committed to patient satisfaction. The practice actively solicits feedback and uses that information to better meet patients' needs.

We look forward to having the opportunity to work with you, and to helping you achieve your best possible musculoskeletal health.
