My approach to treating patients
I attempt to bring the latest and best orthopaedic treatment to my patients. In particular, my training focuses on hip, knee and shoulder reconstruction. This includes the latest techniques in primary and revision joint replacement and arthroscopy.
My focus is the treatment of active patients with arthritic hips. I use the smallest and most durable implants to treat these patients. Alternate bearing technology with bone preserving stems represent the latest in hip replacement technology and have revolutionized the treatment of the high demand patient.
I am a member of the hip society. An honour bestowed on 80 of the top hip surgeons in the world. This is a recognition by my international peers of the importance and quality of the work I perform at McGill University. I have also been elected president of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association. These and many more accolades are testaments to the quality treatment I offer to my patients.
