My approach to treating patients

Hanover Orthopaedic Associates is unique to the South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland in that all of its physicians provide subspecialty care in orthopaedic surgery. Our physicians have had extensive training in the fields of spine surgery, adult joint reconstructions, sports medicine, and hand and upper extremity surgery.

I am an orthopaedic surgeon whose main focus is treatment of conditions involving the hand and upper extremity (including the shoulder). I am intrigued by the anatomy and the complexity of the hand. My goal as a doctor is to educate you about your orthopaedic condition and to listen to your concerns. I would like to get you back functioning normally as soon as possible, whether it be playing or returning to work. I will also try to make myself available to you quickly, avoiding long waits for appointments. My training in orthopedics in extensive, and I hope my experience in hand and upper extremity surgery will keep you from traveling a long distance to large medical centers to have your problem solved.
