We accept all plans in the Alegent health system. Although most insurance plans are accepted, please check with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling your first appointment.

Insurance copayments are due at the time of service.

Office staff are available to discuss fees for surgical procedures. Exact fees cannot be quoted as unforeseen circumstances can arise.

The orthopaedic surgeons at Midwest Orthopedics are Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. When you visit my practice, you'll meet a team of professionals that includes doctors, nurses and administrative staff who are focused on you and your care. Should you have an immediate problem and your doctor is not available, another on call physician will be available to assist you until your own doctor returns. Our medial service can be reached 24 hours a day.
