Medical insurance plans and payment options

Portland Spine and Neck Surgery will bill both primary and secondary insurance companies for our patients. To provide this service, we need to have all policy numbers and billing addresses and telephone numbers. We will bill Medicare for you and our doctors will accept assignment. We proudly take TriCare.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, or Care Credit. All accounts are due and payable within 30 days after you receive your first statement. Patients without insurance will be required to make payment at time of their office visit.
