Other staff in my practice
My staff is committed to giving you the best customer service possible when you come into my practice. My staff and I work as a team for you. We are all here to answer any types of questions you may have. Here is a list of my staff, along with their titles:
Lynne - Office Manager.
Leticia - Front Desk. Leticia is the first person you speak to on the phone and the first person to greet you in our office. She will schedule your office appointment.
Selina - Medical Assistant. Selina will meet you after you check in and assist Dr. Metros with your exam and treatment. She is the liason for Dr. Metros, so if you have any questions, she will try her best to answer them or find out the answers from Dr. Metros. She also is in charge of medication re-fill requests.
Janice - Surgery Scheduler. Janice will get authorization for surgery, schedule your surgery, inform you of when your surgery is, and go over the "do's and don'ts" prior to surgery.
Silvia - Clinical Coordinator. Silvia will make your followup appointment and, if needed, set you up for physical therapy, MRI, braces or orthotics.
Karen - Biller. Karen will submit your billing claim to your insurance as well as take care of all of your billing questions.
