Your health and quality of orthopaedic care are my top priorities. I listen to your needs and welcome your input. I inform my patients of all the treatment options they have and what the advantages and disadvantages are of each option. Other staff in my practice
My staff is committed to giving you the best customer service possible when you come into my practice. My staff and I work as a team for you. We are all here to answer any types of questions you may have. Here is a list of my staff, along with their titles:
Lynne - Office Manager. Lynne is not only the office manager, but my wife and the mother of our 4 children.
Gisel - Front Desk. Gisel is the first person you speak to on the phone and the first person to greet you in our office. She will schedule your appointment.
Selina - Medical Assistant. Selina will meet you after you check in and assist Dr. Metros with your exam and treatment. She is the liason for Dr. Metros, so if you have any questions, she will try her best to answer them or find out the answers from Dr. Metros. She also is in charge of medication re-fill requests.
Leticia - Billing Specialist. Leticia can assist you with any insurance or billing questions you may have.
Janice - Surgery Scheduler. Janice will get authorization for surgery, schedule your surgery, inform you of when your surgery is, and go over the "do's and don'ts" prior to surgery.
Silvia - Clinical Coordinator. Silvia will make your followup appointment and, if needed, set you up for physical therapy, MRI, braces or orthotics.
