Medical insurance plans and payment options

The Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic will bill both primary and secondary insurance companies for our patients. To provide this service, we need to have all policy numbers and billing addresses and telephone numbers. We will bill Medicare for you and our doctors will accept assignment.

Second Opinions Our clinic is glad to provide second opinions for you or your insurance company. When you come to the Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic for a second opinion, please bring all the x-rays and records associated with your condition to the appointment.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, or Care Credit. All accounts are due and payable within 30 days after you receive your first statement. Patients without insurance will be required to make payment at time of their office visit. If your financial circumstances prevent you from meeting this policy, or if you have questions regarding your statement, please call (503)214-5200.
