Medical insurance plans and payment options

We accept Workers Compensation, Commercial, Medicare and local HMO's: WPPN, Aurora Health Direct Network, WPS and Blue Cross.

Our surgery center is contracted with several Insurance companies directly. WPPN, BC/BS, WPS, Great West Life, and Health EOS, offering patients a discount. Most non-HMO insurance will cover our surgery center

We accept cash, credit card and checks. If you wish to discuss a payment plan, please let us know and we will do what we can to accomodate your needs.
